Excursion Warrior Rationale and research behind the creation of Excursion Warrior, an electronic tool that allows pupil groups and staff to find out how they feel about trips they take out of school. Funded by Primary Aim Higher the original intention was to help schools evaluate visits to Further Education and the world of work. Teachers have since adapted this to explore feelings and aspirations in relation to a wide range of events from visits to the woods to how pupils feel in the playground.

Whitehall history trail Whitehall yr 6 pupils were asked the question who makes marks in the landscape? They planned a local field trip and found all sorts of civic, pupilic and private mark makers. They analysed these and planned a trip to central Bristol based on what they could remember. They uncovered an interesting battle for the skyline between Cabot tower and the Wills Building with statues to help them find out why.
